I think there's a chance DBTI Makati will be COED, But where already out of DBTI if that'll happen.

The chances are slim...estimates would be 1:1000000. one is to a million. Plus, mechnical, AT and ET/LX are not that applicable to girls. Women are soft and delicate not like us who are hard and masculine.

The last time i heard about DBTI becoming a COED was since grade 4-6.

I don't know much but they were planning to make it a Coed but there was a great hindrance in there project since they require more teachers,classroom,etc.

They also had another problem and that is your statement at your last post.
(girls are delicate,fragile,etc. and boys are hard and masculine)

Since our school is a technical institute, they suspended the project and maintained it to be a only-boys school.

P.S. Rumor has it that the time we graduate from DBTI, there is a 30-50% chance that after few years, it'll become a COED......

well, I don't want to believe...After all, it's gonna be unfair! After we GRADUATE?! WTF is that?! I'll sue them if they ever do that! Racial Batch Discrimination! WoooooT!

Anyway, about the problems you just stated I don't think those are the ones they're gonna be focusing on. The classrooms are fine actually 8 classrooms in one year and batch are a bit too much. Exceeding the limit of 7-8 sections is gonna be a kick ass problem for the school. Even just now they're having a problem solving the numerous cases made by the students especially our batch. That's why I don't think classrooms are gonna be added. Plus, adding more classrooms will require a lot of space. Even adding another classroom is gonna cause a lot of money plus a whole new renovation process is gonna take place. Meaning the whole school would be required to demolish to be able to add another classroom. I don't mean the whole SCHOOL! All I meant is that from the soccer field till the grade school department is gonna need adjustments. And just imagining that, would take a whole lot of time. So I don't think they're gonna consider adding another classroom. After all the structure is quite permanent, altering anything would require the whole structure to be altered.

And about the teachers...Surely they would need a whole new pair of teachers especially if girls are now present. Surely or about 70%, Home-Eco would be added to the list. After all, most schools who have girls as student as Home-Eco in their curriculum.

The problem is it might require the school to remove about 40-60% of the current students. I don't believe the school would allow 48 boys and 1 girl in a classroom. That would be considered ridiculous. Plus, doing such thing would affect the status of the school. If ever DBTI would become a COED school, they would remove mostly current students from ranks 20-last rank to be able to provide space for the new girls. And they would surely consider first the problems that might show up once the guys from DBTI have been given the permission to get in touch with the girls. Harassments will be the most common problem if the school allowed girls to study in DBTI. Plus, they would be required to change the curriculum of the school for the girls to fit in!

That's why the chances that DBTI would become a COED school are very slim! I don't believe that the chances are as high as 30-50%. Considering the problems and changes required for it, it would certainly have the most probable chance of 3-5%. And that's my estimate unless the school haven't prepared for a long time the chances would remain slim as 3%.

Just like he said, I don't believe the chances are that high. But since the rector is gonna be changed by next year...The chances would depend on the next rector of our school.

News: I heard that this would be the last year of Fr. Louie being the rector. And by next year he'll be changed. Although I'm not that sure that this is accurate!

True that they'll have to renovate bla bla bla....
But their are parts of the school that hasn't been used, mostly near the MSTC, but i'm not telling that the girls would be put there...

or possibly, just a guess, put them in another building....
Then plan the next and the next after that and so on.......

Since it will be hard to adjust because of the girl's curriculum and so...
It really is possible that will happen and..........
